Week 2

Ok, so today I did a week weigh in today. I lost 2 lbs, which isnt great, but it's a loss not a gain. Also, today I added some weights and other exercises besides running on the treadmill, which by the way, I ran 1 mile in 14 min.

Mandy, 14 minutes is AWESOME! Great job!! And like you said, a loss is a loss and you can't complain about that. You are on your way! I'm excited for you.
