Week #3

So today I did a weigh in and no change from last week. I was terrible and didn't workout over the weekend and I didn't eat that great either. But, I did try on my wedding ring last night that I haven't been able to wear in almost 4 years and I got it over my knuckle. Yah!

Consistency. You can do it!! I remember when I started working out a year after I had Ben. I was running 3-4 days a week and was really frustrated after 3 weeks because I had not lost any weight. Then a week later I lost 6 lbs. It was awesome. Keep going. Be careful about your food too. I was told nearly 70% of weight loss is about the diet. I'm excited for you. Keep it up!
