4 lbs.
I have been a little frustrated with my last few workouts. i have been getting alot of headaches! I can't tell if it has to do with my workouts or not. Anyway, I haven't been burning more than about 500 calories in those workouts when I get a headache. Today I went to the gym and did NOT get a headache. I burned 1000 calories and was feeling great, but I decided not to overdue it so I stopped at that point. I weighed myself before I left and it looks like I've lost 4 pounds. I hate the scale they have. It like the ones at the doctors office. I prefer a digital so I can really tell what the numbers are. I have a scale at home but it's not working :(

Are you drinking enough water? I know that that can cause headaches! And it sounds like you have been working out really hard! So,try drinking water before, during and after your workouts that might help! And good job one four pounds that is an awesome achievement!
Good for you and your weight loss goals. Headaches can come from a rapid decrease in blood sugar (which is the first thing your body burns during cardio, then it goes to fat, and finally protein). Make sure you are eating enough calories (espiecally before your workout) to get you through such a long workout. I know it sounds crazy, "I am trying to lose weight here and you are telling me to EAT?" :) You have to fuel your body to transform it! Good Luck... Awesome on the four pounds!
